Lose 10 Pounds - Instantly!

Well, you won’t really LOSE 10 pounds, but you will definitely LOOK like you have.

Heidi Gremaud is a POSTURE expert whose book Posture Perfect; Look 10 Pounds Thinner is definitely making a difference to me.

I have LOUSY, horrible posture which is made worse by the fact that I sit slouched in front of my computer 10 hours a day. I met Heidi a few months ago, got her book and am now very aware of the physical toll my poor posture is creating for me.

Now it would probably be even more beneficial to me if I were to go through Heidi’s book methodically …. but I haven’t. I’ve picked a few of her physio-ball exercises (I LOVE these) and I have taken her advice on “becoming aware” of your posture. Just these little things are already making a difference!

How? I find myself “catching” my slouching habit and correcting it while I am sitting in front of my computer. So at least part of the time now, I am sitting with a straight spine. I have become way more aware of my posture while walking. So now I “straighten up, suck in my gut and walk tall.” The other day I was at a business meeting when I became aware of my slouching posture. I slowly straightened up … and lengthened my spine. I felt better and suprizingly, “more confident.”

The “confidence” thing shouldn’t have been a surprize to me because I have met Heidi in person and she has confidence written all over her! Her posture IS perfect … she looks graceful, poised and … TOTALLY confident.

The really great news is that YOU too can meet Heidi in person. I just found out she is giving two workshops in Vancouver, October 28 and November 19th.

If you live in Vancouver … be sure to take the workshop. If you live outside Vancouver, use the workshop as a great excuse to visit one of the most beautiful cities in the world!
