Are you watching the show? Are you using it to motivate you to eat healthier, exercise more?

I definitely am. I have been walking every single day. Whenever I think of the show’s contestants exercising for HOURS on end, I am able to tell myself that I am getting off easy when I take my “break a sweat” 30 minute walks.

In the last episode, Tiffany (Blue Team) from Texas was eliminated. What do you think? Was she the right person to go? It is very hard to really tell the contestant’s personalities because of course the program’s producers can make anyone look good or bad depending on what they decide to show and how they edit the clips.

In the first series of the program, the guy that won, was portrayed as a total jerk for about the first 3/4 of the episodes, then he started looking better and better … not just physically!

Maybe I should run a contest … Guess WHO the biggest loser will be?
